Transport Information

We ship Smilax weekly to ensure that every box you order is as fresh as possible. It arrives from Dallas, usually on a Sunday or Monday, and is collected by DPD Business from our refrigerated pack house on a Tuesday or Wednesday.

We use DPD Business for shipping. You will receive a tracking number and usually an estimated one-hour delivery slot. Deliveries are available on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

 Orders destined for Aberdeen, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Jersey require a 2-day delivery, as this is one additional day compared to the rest of the UK, we offer delivery only on Thursday or Friday for these areas to accommodate the extra day.
